If you are a CDS tenant your housing officer is your main point of contact. They will be able to help you with any questions you may have about your tenancy or our services – or any problems you have in relation to your estate or block.
If you have any worries about paying your rent – or you have fallen behind with payment for any reason, it is really important to talk to us at the earliest opportunity. Your arrears officer is the best person to speak to initially as they have specialist knowledge and can help you to get back on track with your rent payments quickly.
