Keeping our customers safe is our top priority and we check all installations and supplied appliances each year. As part of our quality assurance process, an independent and qualifed company (Qualitas) will sometimes call to make an appointment to check the work that has been done. Properties are randomly selected from those where work has been done. If you do receive a call, it is really helpful if you can let the inspection take place.
