Understanding what you think about our service is a high priority for us. In order to keep up to date with what our residents think and feel about us, we regularly check in with our tenants and ask for their feedback.
As part of this, we use a third-party company called Acuity to carry out monthly phone surveys. Each month Acuity contact several our tenants to get their feedback on a range of things from repairs to value for money. We report on these findings quarterly and they allow us to see how we are doing and where we need to improve.
We know that there has been a recent increase in scam phone calls and wanted to assure you that calls from Acuity survey advisers are genuine and secure. We encourage you to take part if you are contacted as response really do help us to improve our service for all our tenants. Please note, your responses will be anonymous, unless you give Acuity specific permission to identify you to us in their findings.
