Hardship Fund

The Cost of Living, energy costs, food and petrol are all much more expensive than they were a year ago and inflation means that this is likely to get worse in the winter.  We know that many of our customers are on low incomes and may struggle to meet essential costs.

Our Hardship Fund offers small direct grants to our residents for everyday things like fuel or food or household items – giving quick help when you most need it.   We can also help you with planning your money and making sure you get everything that you are entitled to in terms of government or other support.
