Income Collection Manager (Part-Time, Hybrid) £43,600 p.a. (Pro-Rata for 3 days)
We are looking for an enthusiastic, inspirational, and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has great problem-solving skills to join our vibrant Income Management team.
You will lead our small, friendly income team in recovering housing-related debts for us and our client cooperatives and overseeing the delivery of our strategic objectives including Financial Inclusion strategies and other policy initiatives. This is a rewarding role as you will assist customers in getting their rent and service charge accounts back on track in challenging times and find solutions to help residents maintain rent and service charge payments.
In addition to helping build the reputation of our Income and debt collection service, we offer the ability to primarily work from home with the flexibility to fit work around your life, wherever possible.
You will lead a team of three Income Officers and one Welfare Benefits Advisor to provide an effective service to our customers, including leaseholders and our client coops, manage performance and make the service your own. You will have the freedom to act to get the best results with our residents and will work closely with our client team to improve the income management service provided to our client coops.
We’re looking for someone with good income management and financial inclusion experience who wants to make their mark and get noticed for all the right reasons.
