Surveys are important to us at CDS Co-operatives. They tell us what you think about the services we provide and identify service areas where we need to improve or how you would like those services provided to you.

We carry out a number of surveys at CDS and we appreciate the time you take to complete and return them to us. We recently sent out a survey to every tenant of CDS Co-operatives and to the tenant-members of the independent co-operatives that do not currently have an active management committee and 288 of you replied, which is brilliant, thank you!

The results of this survey will help us respond to local concerns and to improve CDS Co-operatives’ services. The results will also be used to inform the ‘local offer’ we will be making to residents early next year.
