We have been listening to feedback from our clients, tenants and leaseholders over the last year
and you have let us know clearly what works well and what you would like to see improved.
In response, we have organised ourselves differently to be able to provide better quality,
value and reliability in everything that we do.
We now have
- a stronger and more expert Customer Service Centre where staff will aim to resolve any issue for you at the first call or email...........
- a specialist Housing Services Team with expert staff focussed on your service and experience as a tenant or leaseholder – making sure that you can get the service you need to live happily in your home...........
- a new Client Relationship Team with staff who have the particular skills and knowledge to support Co-op Management Committees in their role as landlords and employers
