Weybank Housing Co-operative is situated in central Farnham and has 48 units including one and two bedroom flats as well three bedroom houses. Single bedroom flats on the ground floor have been designed and equipped for wheelchair access and all houses have individual gardens.
The estate was developed in the mid 1980’s by CDS Co-operatives. Residents took on the management of the estate in 1993 when the co-op began to function as an independent fully mutual co-operative. CDS Co-operatives has provided management services since 1993 when the management agreement was formally agreed.
Properties benefit from fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms and have gas fired central heating. The co-op has replaced the windows in recent years with double glazed UPVC windows. Each block of flats has an entry phone system. There are pleasant communal gardens surrounding the blocks which are maintained by the co-op. There are three main parking areas and some additional spaces located off Weybank Close.
The properties have easy access to all local amenities and the local train station at Farnham has frequent trains into Central London.

Weybank Housing Co-op has a 50% nominations agreement with Waverley Borough Council. The co-op maintains its own waiting list in order to allocate the remaining 50%.
