Miller Walk Housing Co-operative has 13 properties and is situated on the Southbank in Waterloo, SE1. The Co-op contains a few three bedroom houses, two bedroom bungalows designed for wheelchair users, one bed flats designed with disabled access and a two bedroom flat. It was built in 1989 as part of the Coin Street/South Bank development, and came to CDS Co-operatives for management services in 1995.
The properties are on a small private pedestrianised street which runs between Coin Street and Duchy Street. All properties have central heating, double glazing and private rear gardens. There are allocated parking spaces at either end of the estate with security gates.
The Co-operative has a general meeting committee which meets every other month. They are involved in most aspects of their management.
The closest train stations are Waterloo and Southwark and there are also a multitude of bus services. Local amenities include The Old Vic theatre and shopping facilities are available on The Cut.

Applications for housing
After internal transfers, 50% of vacancies are given to Lambeth Council for nominations from their housing register with the other 50% taken from the Co-op’s waiting list. Please note that Miller Walk Housing Co-op’s waiting list is currently closed.
