Lindsey Housing Co-operative is a shared ownership co-op developed and managed by CDS Co-operatives. The estate was built in 1986 and is set in a quiet cul-de-sac. It contains several one bedroom flats sharing a communal entrance, and a few one bedroom flats with separate entrances. The co-op also contains a few two bedroom houses set in two small terraces. The estate has communal gardens at the rear and off street parking facilities.
The estate is situated close to local shops with more extensive facilities in Ilford and Romford. Frequent commuter services to London and the east coast run from Goodmayes station.
