Hourglass Housing Co-operative is a small independent co-op containing three converted properties in the Oval and Vauxhall area of south London. The Victorian/Georgian houses are converted into one and two bedroom flats and one maisonette with some shared garden areas.
The co-op is a general meeting co-op developed in the 1980’s. All members are invited to the monthly meetings.
Hourglass Housing Co-op issues contractual tenancies.
Applications for housing
Hourglass Housing Co-op has 100% allocation rights from its own waiting list, however you must be registered for housing with Lambeth council to be eligible.
