Greendale Co-operative Housing Society is one of CDS Co-operatives’ oldest estates and was built in 1977/78. Located in the Greenstead area of Colchester it has 77 properties made up of freehold, leasehold and rented properties situated within green open spaces.
The estate consists of one and two bedroom flats and three and four bedroom houses. The Scheme is owned by CDS Co-operatives.
All the properties have double glazed windows and front doors, central heating, and fitted kitchens and bathrooms. There is car parking throughout the estate with allocated parking for the flats. The houses have their own driveways.
Hythe train station is within close proximity and Colchester town centre and main station are within two miles.
