Elles Housing Co-operative comprises 21 one bed flats grouped around staircase lobbies in three blocks and is situated in the Farnborough area of Hampshire. Ground floor flats have been specifically designed for the needs of elderly active people.

The estate was developed in the early 1980’s by CDS Co-operatives. Residents took control in 1993 when the co-operative began to function as an independent fully mutual co-operative. CDS Co-operatives has provided management services to the co-operative since 1993 when the management agreement was formally agreed and signed.

The properties benefit from gas fired central heating and fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. The co-operative has replaced the windows in recent years with double glazed UPVC windows. Elles Housing Co-operative has contractual tenancies, it operates a waiting list for 50% of nominations with 50% nominations to Rushmoor Borough Council, vacancies are also advertised in the local newspaper.
