We’re inviting our residents to review our updated Unreasonable Behaviour Policy. We are suggesting some minor changes aimed at improving clarity. The policy defines the types of behaviour that we consider unacceptable and unreasonable on the part of our residents and outlines how we would respond to such behaviour. We have added a new section on the types of actions, including formal and informal actions, and when a particular type of action will be triggered. The policy also expands on how a resident can appeal or have their case reviewed.  Please note that Changes to the policies are all noted in red ink.
