Temeraire Housing Co-operative is an estate of 34 shared ownership properties situated in a small estate just off Albion Street in Rotherhithe, London SE16. Built in 1990 on the derelict Cherry Gardens Pier site, the properties consist of one and two bedroom flats and 2 two bedroom houses.
The flats overlook a communal garden and have off-street parking; the houses have individual private gardens and car spaces. All properties have gas central heating, fitted kitchens and bathrooms, and are double glazed.
Rotherhithe underground station is 2 minutes away from the estate, while access to the city and Surrey Quays is easy via local buses.
Temeraire Housing Co-op does not currently have a residents’ committee.
