Gads Hill Housing Co-operative is a shared ownership co-op consisting of 22 two bedroom houses which is situated on a small quiet estate on the outskirts of Gillingham, close to the River Medway.
The properties were built in 1988 and have gas central heating, fitted kitchens, patio doors leading to a rear garden and the majority have off street parking spaces to the front of the property.
Gads Hill Housing Co-op does not currently have a residents committee.
