Holiday Office Closure & Emergency Support

Our office will be closed from 24 December to 1 January for the festive season. 

We will reopen on 2 January.

Emergency support

During this period, we want to reassure all residents that emergency support remains available.

Our trusted out-of-hours partner will handle urgent issues and has access to our staff over Christmas should any escalation be required. You are in good hands!

Non urgent support

We would like to ask you to wait until 2 January to contact us for non-urgent repairs. If you are unsure about the urgency of your repair, don’t hesitate to call our emergency partner, they will help you. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
