Temeraire Housing Co-operative is an estate of 34 shared ownership properties situated in a small estate just off Albion Street in Rotherhithe, London SE16. Built in 1990 on the derelict Cherry Gardens Pier site, the properties consist of 22 one bed flats, 10 two bed flats and 2 two bed houses.

The flats overlook a communal garden and have off street parking; the houses have individual private gardens and car spaces. All properties have gas central heating, fitted kitchens and bathrooms, and are double glazed.

Rotherhithe underground station is 2 minutes away from the estate, while access to the city and Surrey Quays is easy via local buses.
