Housing Officer

Housing Officer

The opportunity – You’ll be a trusted, visible point of contact for residents across a varied housing patch. From tenancy and estate management to ASB, lettings and voids, you’ll resolve issues fairly, act on what residents tell you and work closely with colleagues to keep services running smoothly. You’ll help residents feel safe, supported and proud of where they live, while ensuring a consistently positive experience of our housing services.

About you – You care deeply about giving residents a great experience. You’re an excellent listener who communicates clearly and respectfully, even when conversations are challenging. You’re organised, reliable and good at following through on commitments. You enjoy solving problems, working at pace and using sound judgement to get things done. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, confidence with IT and the ability to manage a busy, varied workload. Whether you already have housing experience or closely transferable skills, your approach, values and commitment to residents matter most.

Repairs Advisor

Repairs Advisor

The opportunity – You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality responsive repairs service, making sure residents receive timely updates and a reliable experience throughout. You’ll log and progress repairs, coordinate with contractors, respond quickly to safety concerns and support prompt void turnaround. You’ll also ensure records are accurate and up to date, helping the service run smoothly and efficiently.

About you – You’re calm under pressure, organised and resilient, with a strong customer-service mindset. You communicate clearly, follow detailed processes accurately and enjoy solving problems. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and confidence using IT systems. Whether your experience comes from repairs, construction, housing or another customer-facing property-related role, we’re equally interested in your approach, values and willingness to learn.
