Your tenancy reference number tells us which account to credit the money to. This is made up of numbers only. Your tenancy reference number is found on your rent statement, your tenancy offer letter, or any arrears correspondence you may have received.
Please ensure the information you enter is correct, it is your responsibility to ensure that the tenancy reference number is accurate. We are normally able to rectify mistakes but if you’re not sure give us a call and we can advise you further on how to find out what your tenancy number is.
