Head of Client Services
We are looking for a Head of Client Services to be CDS’s lead for delivering services to co- operative and community-led landlord clients. You will lead a team that provides professional, cost effective and high performing landlord and business support services ensuring that these meet the needs of the landlord/customers whilst enhancing CDS’s reputation and bottom line.
Your team work as account managers for a portfolio of co-operative and community-led housing landlords who employ us to provide a variety of services, including governance
advice and support, arrears management and repairs, rent accounting, bookkeeping and financial management. The right person for this role will be a highly effective leader with experience managing teams to provide excellent business-to-business support and customer service.
You will have an unassailable sense of personal integrity and will build a team that is known for collaboration, keeping its promises, getting things done on time and a strong sense of a commercial and community ethos.
