Draft consultation Policy – (Service Charge)

What is this policy?

The policy defines how we set, charge, and recover service charges for communal services in a block or estate, ensuring transparency and fair treatment of residents.

We last updated the policy in 2022, and it’s due for another review this year. We have added some new sections and made minor tweaks, but nothing major. The changes we’ve made include clarifying under what circumstances a resident can request that we consider providing a new service and when we would consider a request to discontinue an existing service.
