Coronavirus Guidance (January 2021)
Every time someone enters your home, you expose yourself to the risk of infection from Covid-19. With the prevalence of the new variant, which is much more contagious than previous strains, this is particularly true. Whilst it is our intention to continue to run a full repairs service in line with government guidance, during the national lockdown, we recognise some people may feel more comfortable not having a stranger enter their home right now.
Please note, if your repair is not essential, you can let us know now or any time up to the day before the appointment date if you prefer to delay the repair. You can contact us to re-raise the job once the lockdown eases or whenever you feel more comfortable.
We also want to assure you that during this time our team are doing everything we can to make your repair safer. Contractors have been issued with new guidance that includes instructions on social distancing, PPE and ventilation. If your contractor fails to comply with these guidelines, or you do not feel safe, then you are able to ask them to leave and we can rearrange the appointment with you.

Please note that non-essential repairs may take longer to complete during this time due to shortages of contractors. We will be prioritising urgent and essential repairs and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding with this matter.
