Client Co-op
About
Shorncliffe Housing Co-operative was built in 1994 and is located in a secluded cul-de-sac off North Road in Folkestone. The court yard, Edge Hill Close, is named after a battle fought and won by Cromwell in 1642.
The co-op contains one bedroom bungalows and flats, two bedroom flats and three bedroom houses. All homes have gas fired central heating, double glazing, fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. There are individual car parking spaces for the houses and they also have there own front and back gardens. The properties form a square around the car parking area.
Local amenities include a post office, schools and a general store. There is a bus stop close to the estate with buses to Folkestone West, the Central Station and the town centre.
Shorncliffe Housing Co-op has contractual tenancies.
