New Cut Housing Co-operative contains a mix of one bedroom flats, two or four person shared units, and four bedroom houses. The Co-op is situated close to the South Bank in Lambeth, South London.
New Cut is a fully mutual independent housing co-op which was built in 1991 and became independent soon after. The estate has one adapted unit accessible for disabled residents, a guest room and a community hall. There is also shared laundry facilities and a gardener maintains the communal gardens.
The properties contain double glazed windows and central heating. The estate is equipped with security lighting, an entry phone system and has a private car park for residents.
The closest train stations are Waterloo Mainline and Southwark Underground and there are a regular bus services nearby. Local amenities include The Old Vic theatre and shopping facilities are available on The Cut.
All tenants have a contractual tenancy.

The co-op has a 50% nominations agreement with Lambeth Council as well as having its own waiting list. Please note that New Cut Housing Co-op’s waiting list is currently closed.
