Hazel Housing Co-operative is situated in Slade Green, Kent and contains a mixture of one and two bedroom flats and two and three bedroom houses.
It is a fully mutual independent co-operative and the residents have established their own committee to fully manage their own affairs.
The properties contain double glazed windows and central heating. The estate is equipped with security lighting and the flats have block entrance security doors fitted with entry phone systems. The estate has private car spaces for residents. The estate is also covered by CCTV cameras.
The closest train stations are Slade Green and Barnehurst. Local amenities include Erith Leisure centre, community centre and library, Erith and Bexleyheath shopping centres.
The co-op are run by a committee made up of tenants who manage the maintenance and lettings for the estate. All tenants are welcome to join in with the running of the co-op.
All tenants have a contractual tenancy.

Hazel Housing co-operative maintains it’s own waiting list and has a 50% nominations arrangement with Bexley Council. Contact Bexley council to register for housing or enquire through CDS.
