We are partnering with Acuity, a third-party survey company, to carry out our quarterly resident satisfaction survey. Beginning 10th June, tenants, leaseholders and shared owners living in a CDS property may receive a phone call with questions on how you feel about our service, our staff and more.
Your responses will be anonymous, unless you give Acuity specific permission to identify you to us in their findings.
We really value your input and will use it to improve our service.
