We have reviewed and redrafted our Anti-Social Behaviour Policy and are looking for feedback from our residents on what you think of the changes.
CDS takes ASB seriously and aim to balance enforcement action and intervention with prevention. We are committed to prevent, and where possible, resolve ASB cases in an effective manner. We recognise that if ASB is allowed to persist, it can significantly affect the quality of life. Our aim is to ensure our residents enjoy a peaceful and safe environment in which to live. The policy has been created with these aims in mind and we hope that it is helpful for our residents when they are faced with challenging behaviours.
You can view the Draft Anti-Social Behaviour Policy here: ASB Policy Draft Sept 2020.
The consultation will remain open until the 7th of August 2020.
