CDS has been working hard to be actively anti-racist and improve our approach to diversity and inclusion. As part of this commitment, our anti-racism group felt it was important that we shared this work publically. This public statement makes it clear where we stand and what commitment we are making in order to enable further progress.
We want to encourage residents to let us know if they experience racism or discrimination in any form whilst using any of our services. We do not tolerate this behaviour and by reporting it you allow us to ensure it is dealt with in a way that is in line with our values.
