[CDS tenants only] CDS Co-operatives want to agree a set of service standards with its tenants by next March. We will call these “local offers” and they will set out the standards to which we will provide services to you.
We will be discussing this in detail with the Resident Quality Services Committee later this year but in the meantime we want to hear from you about your views on our services and what we might do to improve them.
