Your tenancy agreement will tell you the maximum number of people who may live in your property. If you have a spare room, you may ask for our permission to have a lodger. You should always let your co-operative support officer know if you plan to take someone in as a lodger.

Please remember, that you must not transfer or sublet any part or all of your home.

You must not leave your home and let other people live in your property, as their main home, and pay your rent.

We will end your tenancy if you break your agreement not to sublet your home.
