- STATUS survey of tenants & leaseholders 2006
Every two years CDS carries out a survey to find out what our tenants, homeowners and the members of our client co-operatives think about our organisation and the services we provide.
This survey is known as the Standardised Tenant Satisfaction Survey (STATUS for short). Almost every social landlord in the country carries out the same survey, using a similar set of questions.
Because most of the questions asked in the survey are the same for everyone, the results can be compared with those of other organisations. You can compare our results with other landlords on the Tenant Services Authority website.
The survey was conducted on our behalf in July this year by PH Research Ltd, a market research firm. PH Research interviewed 500 residents, including people living in almost every one of the 75 estate and co-ops to which we provide housing services.
As well as being asked how satisfied they are with the overall service, residents taking part in the survey were asked what they think about a range of other issues, including the quality of their homes, the repairs services and how easy it us to contact us.
We will use the results of the survey to identify how we can improve our services.
