Each year CDS Co-operatives undertakes a range of cyclical and planned maintenance programmes to the homes it owns and also carries out work on behalf of other client co-operatives. Check here to see if your co-op is due for maintenance.
The programme set out below is the current programme for 2009-10. The programme will be updated as new schemes are added to the programme.
