Need technical help?

Our day to day maintenance service costs just £1 per property each week (plus an administrative fee of 10% of the repair costs). Repairs can be ordered through our customer helpdesk between 9am and 5.30pm and through the out of hours service in the event of an emergency. 

We have a highly experienced development department, who can manage major works contracts ranging from cyclical redecoration .to a complete new development.
