Does your committee need help?

We appreciate that co-op committee members are volunteers who do not always have the time, knowledge or experience to tackle all the issues a co-op may face. 

CDS provides a range of services that can help your committee to function smoothly and concentrate on the job of managing your homes for the benefit of  members.

Our experienced co-operative support officers can attend your meetings, provide you with advice on good governance - even take the minutes.

Regular management reports ensure that your committee is kept informed, enabling you to take the key decisions and stay in control.
