CDS Co-operatives is the largest secondary housing co-operative in south-east England. We have been providing high quality services to housing co-operatives for over 30 years. 

Controlled by an elected board of management that includes tenant members, experts and individuals, our work is guided by  the Co-operative Principles and Values and the needs of tenant led organisations - so you can be sure we share your goals.

We provide a wide range of housing management services to over 40 independent housing co-operatives and manage over 3000 homes. CDS also works with tenant management co-operatives and other forms of resident controlled housing.
