Lynn Walsh is CDS Co-operatives’ tenant auditor. Lynn lives at Darent Housing Co-op at Sutton at Hone, Dartford.   Lynn’s role as a TA is to work on behalf of tenants to ensure they are receiving the services and standards they are entitled to. To do this she needs tenants to work with her, too. She will be contacting tenants in the future to ask their opinion on services from CDS Co-operatives.

Lynn carries out estate inspections, attends road shows and implements the mystery shopping exercise to ensure CDS is keeping to its service promise.
