That’s the theme of the next CDS annual conference, to be held in Brighton the weekend of 23-25 September 2011.

And one way for your co-op to work smarter is to encourage members to come to the conference, since the more people come, the more we can reduce the cost. And it won’t be all hard work, either – anyone who has been to one of these conferences already knows how much fun these weekends can be.
