Policy work

We are also experienced in policy work.  We can help you to formulate new policies or review existing policies and procedures.  We can work with you to formulate a strategy of disseminating information to your members.  We can provide facilitation services to help you look, in detail, at particular aspects of your co-operative.  We can design, carry out tenant or membership surveys and analyse the results. 

New ideas

 We are also quite happy to discuss with you any innovative or new ideas you may have of increasing/improving tenant involvement in housing.  We would also very glad to receive any advice or suggestions regarding our services.
