Perryview Housing Co-operative is a combination of 24 one bedroom two person flats. It comprises of elderly single people and couples and it is situated in Crayford, Kent. The development was built on the site of a lodge which adjoined the Russell Stoneham Memorial hospital, now refurbished as a British Legion scheme.

Perryview is a fully mutual independent housing co-op. Work began on site in May 1986 and the new homes were completed in 1987, the co-op became independent soon after. All tenants have a contractual tenancy and the co-op has a 50% nominations arrangement with Bexley Council.

The flats have been laid out in linked two storey blocks and are designed and equipped for use by active elderly people. Ground floor flats are designed as ‘mobility units’ and have a level or gently ramped access for those who find steps difficult. Each block has a common internal lobby with a staircase for access to the first floor.

The properties contain double glazed windows and full central heating. The estate is equipped with security lighting and each block has a security entry phone door. The estate also has a private car park.

The closest train stations are Slade Green and Barnehurst and the nearest bus service is no.89. Situated close to the A2 there are convenient links to the M2, M20 ad M25 motorways. Local amenities include: Riverside swimming centre, Crayford Public library, Bexley Heath Shopping Centre, Slade Green Junior School, Bexley Heath Senior School.

Residents participate in activities organised by Darlton Hall social committee such as bingo sessions, raffles and occasional day trips from Darlton Community Hall.
