The Nativity School estate is a shared ownership scheme consisting of 18 three bedroom mid terraced houses, set within a small landscaped cul-de-sac at Anselm Close, Sittingbourne, Kent.

The properties have fully fitted kitchens, gas central heating, double glazing, private gardens and their own off street parking bay.

Built on the site of the former school the scheme was completed in 1997. The houses are located close to the shopping centre of Sittingbourne and are within a 10 minute walk from Sittingbourne Station.

The estate does not currently have a residents committee.
