Hatherley Housing Co-operative is a shared ownership scheme comprising twelve one bed flats in a three storey block. There are four flats on each floor. The scheme was originally purchased by the Society from Pelham Homes Ltd of Sevenoaks, hence the name Pelham Court. It is set in Hatherley Road, a residential area close to the High Street in Sidcup. The flats have a communal garden at the front and communal pathway which leads to the rear of the building. There is also a shared access road leading to twelve garages and a clothes-drying area. There are also a couple of visitors parking spaces. The properties have fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms, double glazing, gas and electricity facilities, and roof and cavity wall insulation.

There is a small committee and members meet by general meeting, usually on a quarterly basis. The co-operative members organise their own communal services and have delegated authority to deal with routine and planned maintenance. Residents pay a service charge which covers communal gardening, cleaning and lighting, communal estate repairs, entry phone system upkeep and cyclical maintenance provision.

The High Street in Sidcup is a short distance away and there are a range of facilities including shops, banks, restaurants and public houses. The railway station is also within walking distance, close to the other end of Hatherley Road. Regular bus services operate from Sidcup High Street.
