Bradwell Common Housing Co-operative has 31 homes located on a large estate with a mass of leafy communal areas. Mainly family housing there are a small number of homes suitable for single people or couples and a three bed disabled unit at the entrance to the estate. Each home has central heating, a fully fitted kitchen and double-glazing.

Bradwell Common is fully managed by CDS Co-operatives, has assured short-hold tenancies and a 50:50 nomination agreement with Milton Keynes Council.
