Miller Walk Housing Co-operative (formerly Aquinas Street) has 13 properties and is situated on the Southbank in Waterloo, SE1. The Co-operative comprises 7 three bed houses, 2 two bed bungalows designed for wheelchair users, 3 one bed flats designed to mobility standards and 1 two bed flat. It was built in 1989 as part of the Coin Street/South Bank development, and came to CDS Co-operatives for management services in 1995.
