The Society has a Master Vendor arrangement with Fusion People.  This arrangement covers all positions within the Society apart from Executive Director and Tenant Auditor. 

Fusion People may appoint a number of second tier suppliers to assist them with meeting our recruitment needs.   Any recruitment agency interested in being a second tier supplier should approach Fusion People direct and not The Co-operative Development Society Ltd

If you are a recruitment agency, please do not submit speculative CVs to us for candidates that you are representing as these will not be considered.

When we have a permanent vacancy, the details are released to Fusion People.  The agency has a period of 17 days in which to submit candidates for the post.  In addition to being released to the recruitment agency all vacancies are advertised internally to existing staff and on our website.  However, for posts covered by the Master Vendor arrangement we will not independently advertise the vacancy anywhere else.

The current arrangement lasts until March 2013.
