CDS Co‐operatives takes customer service seriously and has a comprehensive set of service standards which are used to set the way in which the organisation delivers services to its customers.
This report set out how well CDS Co‐operatives is doing in terms of meeting these standards
in 2009‐10. In some areas we need to establish new ways of measuring our performance and where this is the case the report makes it clear what we are doing. In some areas we are not currently meeting the service standards and again the report makes it clear what steps the organisation is taking.
