CDS Co-operatives currently employs 42 members of staff in the following departments:

The majority are based at our office in 3 Marshalsea Road but we also have 2 co-operative support officers who work from home covering 2 patches and 1 co-operative support officer who works onsite at Sanford Housing Co-operative. The homeworker CSOs can still be contacted through the main switchboard or helpdesk contact number.

Board of Management
We are governed by our board of management who are made up of expert individual members, co-opted members and tenants of the housing co-operatives we serve. They each represent either a geographical or special interest constituency and serve for a term of 3 years after which they may stand for re-election. Our board members do not receive any remuneration other than reimbursement of expenses.
