Welcome to our first annual report to tenants since the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) introduced its new regulatory framework. We continue to offer you much of the information usually found in our annual report, but we have adapted this format – with some additional elements – to comply with the TSA’s requirements. A summary of this report will be sent out in November to all tenants and leaseholders of CDS Co-operatives and tenants of client co-operatives that use specific CDS-run services.
